Ingredients

For 1 baking tray

  • 300g

    Fresh sweet short crust pastry[Tante Fanny], 1 package

  • 250g

    QimiQ Cream Base

  • 500g

    Low fat quark [cream cheese]

  • 130g

    Powdered sugar

  • 40g

    Corn flour / starch

  • 5ea

    Egg yolk(s)

  • 1package

    Vanilla sugar

  • 1tbsp

    Lemon juice

  • 30g

    Plums, halved, stoned

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C (air circulation) and prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients (ecxept the plums) and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the pastry and top with the halved plums.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
